Classic fiction ~ original lino print cards

These are a from an idea I had for my sister’s birthday, she likes literature, theatre and writing proper snail mail.

I carved four simple designs in Lino and printed them onto pages from books destined to be recycled.
The four books are ~
The importance of being Earnest (printed in pink)
Pride and Prejudice (printed in green)
Wuthering Heights (printed in blue)
Sense and Sensibility (printed in yellow)

The lino prints have then been mounted onto a heavy weight card, titled and signed in pencil.
The card measures 7'' x 5'' / 178mm x 127mm and blank inside, it can be used for any occasion or as a note card. It comes with a recycled envelope.

The card will pop straight into a 7" x 5" frame, or a larger frame with a mount.
